It is used to the gym and hospital in one community for taking care the people's health and actions of sports.  This app can help users to register before arriving at the Community-based hospital, contact the doctors and record the situation of the body. 

In the gym, it's combined with the fitness facilities to allow users to understand the standard. your coach will help you to correct your movement.
